The wait is finally over and the new program of CineSonic at Trouw kicks off tonite with Dutch rising star Tom Trago playing his soundtrack to a selection of found footage films from the EYE’s archive.
The program will continue with three more special screenings of classic found footage films and videoart with new soundtracks composed and performed live by three international cutting-edge electronic music producers.
On the 25th of September, Kompakt label founder Wolfgang Voigt will present his score for Gustav Deutsch’s FILM IST 1-6.
On the 30th of October a special program dedicated to 80’s videoart will be accompanied by a live score by Legowelt.
And finally, on the 13th of November, Peter Delpeut’s influential classic LYRICAL NITRATE will be screened with a live score by Shackleton.
